Join Bear on Saturday, September 28 at 2:30 PM for a two hour workshop on inversions and arm balances.
Bear is an RYT-200 hour instructor with an extensive background in dance, breakdancing and acrobatics. He strives to share techniques to help all students succeed at any level.
His workshop begins with a yoga flow warm up, conditioning drills to help build strength and partner work with props to continue building strength. In this two-hour workshop, you’ll learn how to safely go into crow pose, headstand, forearm stand and handstand.
