Power Flow

This is a heated Vinyasa class Inspired by Baron Baptiste Power Vinyasa style of yoga-an invigorating flow class of meditation in motion that will empower and transform you in mind, body and heart. Learn to go with the flow, find your edge and practice at your own level. explore yourself as you grow through your practice by opening your heart, entering your truth, freeing your mind, healing and strengthening your body You will build your internal fire using one breath one movement. This practice has something for everyone. All levels are encouraged and challenged.

Yin Yoga

This style of yoga targets the deep connective tissues of the body and the fascia that covers the body. Yin Yoga postures are more passive postures, mainly on the floor. Yin Yoga is unique in that you are asked to relax in the posture, soften the muscle and move closer to the bone. While yang-like yoga practices are more superficial, Yin offers a much deeper access to the body. The time spent in these postures is much like time spent in meditation. As one ages flexibility in the joints decreases and Yin yoga is a wonderful way to maintain that flexibility.

Power Punch Lunch

Make the most of your lunch break! Enjoy an invigorating midday yoga class to keep you going all day long. This class will focus on different muscle groups each day, and it is designed to get you in and out and back to your other daily activities but with a clear mind and a strong body!

Beginners Yoga

Beginners Yoga is right for everyone. This practice focuses on fundamentals of breathing, alignment and movement.

Slow Burn

This is yoga for beginners, seniors, athletes, crossfitters, those with injuries, chronic pain anyone wanting to deepen their practice and heal their body. This class integrates different props cues and modifications to serve those in a better understanding of how the practice can transform their lives. This class is held at around 80 degrees. 

Yolaties

Crank up and target your core muscles with modern functional Pilates - Yolaties - while enhancing your breath and alignment using simple yoga simulating props and movement. We combine a classical Pilates repertoire with a modern approach fused with yoga movements to challenge you both vertically and horizontally. Selective stabilization intensifies and targets the core muscles from all sides. Improve your posture, reduce overuse injuries and strengthen your yoga practice.

Ashtanga Fusion

For intermediate to advanced practitioners; from standing posture warm-up, we flow through a Hatha / Vinyasa Fusion. Focused on muscle strength, more advanced postures are explored and class concluded with deeper stretch. Light weights may be incorporated and typically set to a powerful playlist.

Lion Meditation

Calm your mind, settle your body and find a softer focus to your day. Beginners to practicing meditators will benefit from this class.

Open Practice

Learn from fellow students and teachers and create connection with the opportunity to learn more about your practice and your body! Open to all students, especially beginners. Teacher will be present and available to help guide you on your practice. We will warm up together with sun salutations and then have individualized attention to the each student.

Kids Yoga

Our creative Kids Yoga Program is offered simultaneously during a class for the Moms, so they can get their Yoga in too! This is a special opportunity for women to connect and also have a break.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. An hour of yoga Nidra can be as restorative as four hours of regular sleep. Yoga Nidra is a systematic form of guided relaxation that typically is done for 35 to 40 minutes at a time.

Sculpt & Flow

This heated class will challenge you and help you build muscle tone while burning fat. Utilizing your body weight, light dumbbells, yoga blocks, resistance bands and other tools this class will guide you through a sweaty workout to strengthen and sculpt your body from head to toe! Bring your yoga mat, bare feet and get ready to work.


Trauma Sensitive Yoga

Trauma-Sensitive Yoga offers a safe environment to experiment with breathing, moving, strengthening, stretching, and relaxation. Our classes are set up so that students are focus on particular dynamics - what muscles they are using, what it feels like to have their feet on the ground, what it feels like to breathe, etc.
